At this time we're not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
All International packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition. We'll log and record every single international order. Returns are NOT permitted on International shipments. Please make sure you know your size. We can always offer assistance on finding your correct size. We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of cleared payment; However, it could take up to 10 days to ship your international order. We ship via Priority Mail International and Express Mail. Priority mail International does not include insurance - additional insurance is available during checkout or can be requested. Orders sent via USPS will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number or Label Number. International Orders using Priority Mail International can be expected to be delivered within 6 to 10 business days once shipment ocurred. It's a quick delivery but timing depends on international conditions such as customs. Before we can
ship, we process your order to verify availability of your product(s),
shipping selections and credit card information. We will process your
order within 1-2 business days and contact you if necessary.
All shipments of orders
received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority
shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Ground
Shipping is estimated to be 2-6 business days - but can take an extra day
to remote areas.
If the item
you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an
update on the status of your order. If a significant delay is anticipated,
we will not proceed with order delayed fulfillment without your
approval.
If you order more than one
pair of shoes and we do not have all items available in stock, we will
send them separately.

Will You Contact Me After I Place My Order?Immediately after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated invoice copy. You will receive confirmation of shipment within 1-2 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.

International If your shipping address is a P.O. box, the U.S. Postal Service is required. Shipping to Hawaii and/or Alaska may experience longer than usual delivery timeframes. We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Parcels sent to these locations must travel via USPS and may take longer than the 5-7 business days indicated in the shopping cart.
